Our Story

Interfadez Barber Shop in Belfield NSW was established in 2000 and built on strong foundation from a family of generations of craftsmanship Interfadez Barber Shop Belfield is renowned for their consistent and unrivaled service.

Owner and head barber Con Paradisis was born into the craft whose Father Bill migrated to Australia from Greece in 1964. Bill trained and worked as a barber in Balmain until opening ‘Bill’s International Hairdresser’ in Belfield in 1982 in the very same Belfield Shop that Interfadez stands today.

Con grew up admiring his father’s dedication and attention to detail for every customer, never compromising quality for time. Con decided to pursue his own destiny as a barber and became an apprentice under his Father Bill in 1996. Con learnt the old school craft and mastering the cut throat blade before further refining new styles and tools of the trade at a Barbershop in Paddington, NSW.

With Con’s refined experience and undeniable passion for providing a quality service to his customers Con launched Interfadez Barber Shop in Belfield as his own in 2000 with a promise to honour his Fathers service levels of quality over time.
